Trade Operations Specialist - FX and Collateral

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our pre- and post-trade operations, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Our team supports the operations in multiple asset classes - Foreign exchange, Equity and Fixed income, OTC options, with the following key responsibilities:

• Daily reconciliation of trades against counterparty confirmations and prompt resolution of breaks, escalation when necessary
• Daily agreement on FX Netted Settlements, for regular and roll-over transactions
• Close monitoring of FX settlements and prompt resolution of breaks with our banks
• Handling of interest claims received and issued on late settled FX and investigating the route-cause and minimizing the loss to client or firm
• Managing the daily collateral activities (cash only pledge) to reduce counterparty exposure risk including onboarding of new funds and counterparties
• Onboarding of counterparties for trading into our systems, ensuring all static data and technical set up is in place before giving the green light to trading desk
