MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Responsible for strategy design, program execution and supervision, calculate results and propose improvements moving forward.
  • In charge of internal communication about promotional periods, mechanics details, objectives, and results for each category.
  • Calculate all targets and results considered for each category motivated in the trade program.
  • Continually assess of mechanics efficiency to identify possible adjustments to improve implementation of the trade program in order to achieve the expected results.
  • Constantly visit the POS to understand if the clerks have knowledge about the current trade program, if they understand it and if they actively participate on it.
  • Analyse performance information to generate improvements in the Trade Programs and possible adaptations to the strategy of the channel and generate insights for future segmentations and smarter investments.
  • Guarantee the payment of every trade program implemented according to each program payment methodology, ensuring the accurate and on time communication to the final rewarded figure.
  • Report opportunity areas and potential deviations within the budget and propose the corresponding action plans to ensure the purpose of the resources.
  • Assure the implementation and development of BTL initiatives based mainly on objectives like sell in, sell out and the performance of strategic brands, growing results by switching from competition brands.
  • Travel to different cities each quarter to ensure proper implementation of all processes.
