In this role, you will:

  • Monitor and track promotional events in real-time, ensuring adherence to budgets.
  • Evaluate promotional performance against targets, providing insights into effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Category, and Marketing teams for data gathering and analysis.
  • Maintain accurate accruals for promotions, reflecting anticipated claim values.
  • Partner with the Finance team for timely and precise accrual adjustments & insights on financial impacts.
  • Coordinate with Finance to process promotional claims accurately and promptly.
  • Review claim validity, ensuring compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.
  • Resolve discrepancies or disputes related to promotional claims in collaboration with the GBS.
  • Post-cost capture, assess promotion performance, focusing on sales uplift, & financial impact.
  • Prepare and present detailed post-promotion analysis reports to management with recommendations for future activities.
  • Build strong relationships with Sales, Finance, Category, and Marketing teams for seamless promotion to claims settlement processes.
  • Communicate insights and findings from promotion analysis to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Completion of customer PDF documents for NPI launches
