Trade Support / Operations Engineer

· Good knowledge in trading, with a deep understanding of technical and functional aspects of trading platforms
· Proficient with MT4/MT5 Manager and Administrator
· Experience in Bridges, PAMM, MAM, Social Trading, and Copy Trading Systems
· Familiar with trading infrastructures and connectivity
· Experience in administering server systems, CRM, and backend
· Can-do attitude
· Provide day-to-day support to internal stakeholders and serve as the second line of support for any escalated issues from CS.
· Conduct initial investigations into trade-related issues such as slippages and order rejections.
· Audits and charges IB Bonuses, Commissions and other related promotions
· Troubleshoot client terminal or server related issues
· Analyze LP pricing through log analysis, quantitative analysis, and ongoing monitoring.
· Integrate and test new products, liquidity providers, and trading platforms.
· Add and configure plugins and risk systems.
· Coordinate with the IT and Development teams to automate daily tasks.
· Effectively communicate with liquidity providers and other third-party technology providers to troubleshoot system issues and identify solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Bridges, PAMM, MAM, Social Trading, and Copy Trading Systems: 1 year (Required)
• MT4/MT5 Manager and Administrator: 1 year (Required)
