Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Building strong relationships (, especially with ISVs), acting as their primary point of contact. Proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges to prevent disruptions in member and Trading ISV operations,
- ISV Onboarding: Welcoming new ISVs and providing comprehensive support throughout the onboarding process.
- Facilitate Readiness activities: Guiding ISVs through the entire readiness process (from understanding upcoming changes to ensuring their systems are well-prepared for launch).
- Functional Consultancy: Providing guidance on trading functionalities, products, and internal processes to support client & Trading ISV needs.
- Simulation Support: Guiding client & Trading ISVs through simulation phases, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting issues.
