The organisation is looking for an individual with strong communication, attention to detail, strong strategic thinking, and planning skills to join the Revenue Division. The individual will be responsible for executing trades accurately and efficiently, utilizing their strong mathematical aptitude to analyze market trends, evaluate risks, make informed trading decisions and manage client relationships.
Requirements
Ensure that all available trades are efficiently closed out within the agreed trade period.
Proactively conduct enhanced research to propose new revenue opportunities to the management team to embark upon.
Ensure that the Company never incurs a loss on any trade carried out by the employee.
Proactively seek out progressive measures to enhance trade activities.
Responsible for incessantly conducting investment research and market analysis to advise the management team on potential opportunities and challenges.
Liaise with the other departments to ensure that the Company is well-positioned to take advantage of potential trading opportunities in other available markets.
Liaise with the other departments to onboard the Company on profitable trading platforms in order to position the Company for the upside of available trades across African currencies and G3 currencies.
Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to foster long-term business growth and opportunities.
Be flexible to take up new additional responsibilities as directed by your Line Manager and Management team.

Requirements
A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Banking, Accounting or Finance-related.
Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Treasury Operations, Currency Trading Operations, Financial Analysis, Foreign Banking.
Operations and Risks in Foreign Exchange Transactions.
Ability to execute trades accurately and efficiently, utilising your solid mathematical aptitude to analyse market trends, evaluate risks and make informed trading decisions.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional service.
Candidate must demonstrate the ability to thrive under high-pressure situations, making sound decisions and executing trades precisely, even in fast-paced and volatile market conditions.
Maintain composure, professionalism, and attention to detail while meeting demanding deadlines.
Must have currency trading experience in a structured organisation, preferably from the Banking Sector.
The preferred candidate MUST BE RESIDENT IN LAGOS
