Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, traffic acquisition, or related roles.
  • Skills: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Criteo, SEMrush, social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Youtube), cookies & consent management regulations and Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel).
  • Analytical mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Knowledges in building and using Microsoft PowerBI reports would be considered as a big asset.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Languages: Perfect mastery of French and good level of English is mandatory. German would be considered as a big asset.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

ROLE:

We are looking for a dynamic and analytic Traffic Acquisition Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic to our different websites and mobile applications through various digital channels. You will develop, execute and optimize acquisition strategies to increase visits and user engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement traffic strategies: Design and execute comprehensive traffic acquisition plans in line with businesses objectives to attract and retain visitors.
  • SEO and SEM management: Audit and continuously optimize our content for search engines and manage pay-per-click campaigns for both web and app platforms.
  • Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze traffic data on daily basis, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Budget management: Oversee the budget for traffic acquisition initiatives, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct experiments to optimize landing pages, app interfaces, ad copy, and other traffic-driving elements.
  • Technical Optimization: Manage cookies and consent settings, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, competitors’ activities and best practices in traffic acquisition and digital marketing.
