YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Preferably a degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
- 5+ years’ experience in STEM-related industries, demand management.
- Prior experience with intelligent transportation systems (ITS), traffic management, would be highly beneficial.
- Proven track record in system engineering, client interaction, and ideally supporting sales.
- Knowledge in traffic signal management, data science applications, or leading small teams.
- A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Good verbal and written skills in German and English
- Flexibility and willingness to travel

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and serving as their primary point of contact for traffic solution requirements.
- Assess customer demands and analyze market trends to align business objectives with product development strategies.
- Design traffic solutions tailored to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Manage and oversee pilot installations to validate new technologies and showcase their feasibility in real-world applications.
- Foster strategic partnerships with technology providers and go-to-market partners to broaden the company’s market reach and drive innovation.
- Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities within the traffic and ITS industry to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with our Sales Managers and Solution Consultants supporting with technical expertise to drive business growth.
