Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00-17:30.

The Role
We are looking for a TM Quality Assessor/Auditor to ensure quality and standards are maintain on our sites across Scotland. You would have previous experience ensuring compliance with Health & safety standards, preferably within the construction industry. This role is essential to coach and mentor our TM crew ensuring a quality service is delivered to our customers. You will work closely with the Operations and Training departments by providing audit feedback and recommendations for future training.
In addition to auditing, you would conduct driving assessments with all new employees assess their driving competency - an advance driving qualification would be advantageous.
What good looks like:
The right candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate previous experience auditing to ensure best practice. They will be enthusiastic about raising the standard of work through coaching and mentoring.

Essential:

  • Previous experience auditing sites and ensuring H&S standards are maintained
  • Excellent communications skills: written, verbal and presentation
  • Computer literacy
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience within the TM industry
  • Lantra 12D qualifications
  • Advance driving qualification
