REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years’ experience in media industry and post-production workflows.
  • Experience in localised international trailer campaign production.
  • Ability to engage with and support clients directly to meet and service requests as required.
  • Positive attitude when experiencing obstacles and enthusiastic to get things done.
  • Good listening skills and an ability to assimilate different viewpoints.
  • An approachable individual who can relate to people at all levels of the organization.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to plan complex projects with urgency.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage orders and work close to deadlines whilst producing high quality work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and hit deadlines.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity to join our expanding global Digital Cinema team, the Trailer Operations Technician will be primarily responsible for production of trailer content for international marketing campaigns, reporting to the Head of Trailer Operations.
This role includes, but is not limited to, creation of worldwide trailer campaign deliverables ready for final delivery to both Theatrical and online platform distribution, continuous improvement through workflow and process evolution and close collaboration with other teams and lines of business.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with experience in international trailer campaign production and a solid understanding of digital media technologies and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Content creation of international trailer campaign deliverables to client requirements.
  • End to end fulfilment and asset management from initial order through to final delivery.
  • Supporting Head of Trailer Operations with project planning and scheduling of projects.
  • Ensuring trailer deliverables meet highest quality standards and client specifications.
  • Assist with management and QC of trailer content deliverables.
  • Client engagement and communication as required.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams including localisation and distribution operations, administration and technology development as required.
  • Engagement with development of content production workflows, procedures, and checklists.
  • Other duties as assigned.
