• Providing support for the Senior Trailers Sales Representative for all functions related to the sales process, operation of the Trailer sales location, and assistance with related duties as required.
• Promoting and selling trailers and equipment within your defined territory including direct customer calls to develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Solicit new trailer orders from existing customers and prospect for new sales opportunities within your territory. Identify areas of growth to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Developing a territory sales plan utilizing a CRM to record and track leads, manage sales activity, and maintain an up-to-date customer contact database.
• Coordinate with the management group to maintain trailer inventory based on the current sales model.
• Arrange shipping and delivery of customer orders and stock inventory
• Act as a liaison between the customer and suppliers to resolve any issues, warranties, or other concerns. Provide after-sales support and follow-up on items such as product and/or operational training and demonstrations of trailer features for customers.
