Responsibilities:
ASSISTANT TO THE REAL ESTATE FUND MANAGER IN THE DAILY TASKS, WHICH INVOLVES AMONG OTHERS:
- Supervision of internal and external stakeholders;
- Support in financing and structuring analysis;
- Participation in production of financial reports and review of assets valuation (appraisers, investors, management committee,…) and corporate governance;
- Calculation of key performance indicators, covenants and AML/KYC checks.
ASSISTANT TO THE REAL ESTATE FUND CONTROLLER IN THE DAILY TASKS, WHICH INVOLVES:
- Support in periodic financial controls;
- Contribute to external audit coordination and budget planning activities;
- Participation in the evolution of management and control tools.
