TRAINEE ASBESTOS ANALYST/SURVEYOR, SOCOTEC, BRIDGEND

SOCOTEC is a leading provider of asbestos management and consultancy services across a wide range of business sectors and property types. SOCOTEC’s highly experienced team of asbestos consultants are fully accredited to carry out asbestos management, refurbishment or demolition surveys to UKAS No. 0148 standards. Our extensive network of regional offices and laboratories, allows both national and local clients, to benefit from our services. SOCOTEC also delivers UKATA approved asbestos awareness courses as well as bespoke professional training, which can be delivered from your premises.

We’re looking for a Trainee Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to work in the Southwest region. You must be willing to;

  • Undertake a six month training programme as an asbestos surveyor working towards the successful attainment of the P402 surveying qualification
  • Undertake a three-month training programme as an asbestos air analyst working towards the successful attainment of the P403 and P404 air monitoring and clearance qualifications
  • To ensure the efficient support of the Asbestos Division and wider Compliance division through undertaking inspection & testing work.
