Salary: Starting £37,500 per year
We are currently seeking a caring and resilient individual to join our growing organisation as a Trainee Manager for one of our Children’s Homes located North Shropshire/Wrexham border.

We are seeking a conscientious individual with relevant care qualifications, skills, and knowledge to provide effective leadership and management to the staff team. Successful candidates will be dedicated professionals with experience as a Senior Residential Care Worker or Deputy Manager in Children’s Residential services.
As a Trainee Manager, you will embark on a 9-month training program designed to support your personal and professional development. Working alongside an experienced management team, you will enhance your existing skills and obtain professional qualifications such as QCF Level 4 & 5, equipping you to successfully transition into a full-time management role with New Reflexions.
