The position is based in the department “Group Client Risk Management Planning & Controlling” within the division Finance (CFO), which is responsible for strategy definition, planning and controlling of the relevant financial KPIs. Within our Department, the Group CRM Reporting & Planning team is responsible, among others, for the Forecast, Budget, and Multi-Year Plan for the global scope of CRM. Moreover, the team is responsible to monitor P&L and KPIs (such as ROAC) vs. previous periods and explain the developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily, monthly and quarterly management reporting for the revenues generated by the global division Client Risk Management
  • Report and analyze the risk metrics (e.g. Risk Weighted Assets) and profitability metrics (e.g. Return on Allocated Capital) of the global division Client Risk Management
  • Support the team in forecasting the business development for the running year and develop a strategic plan for the upcoming years
  • Support the team in strategic projects as well as smaller digitalization initiatives
  • Get insigts into UniCredit’s business model in the Fixed Income, Equities, Commodities and Securitization markets
  • Learn from technical experts how large amounts of financial data are processed and compressed for management reporting
