DEVELOPMENT POST FOR TRAINEE COUNSELLING PSYCHOLOGIST!
Due to service redesign we have an opportunity for a final year Trainee Counselling Psychologist to join the service for their last year of training (at band 6) and to progress to qualified Counselling Psychologist (band 7); come join Inpatient Adult Mental Health Services!
Different locations (Coventry/Warwick).
Flexibility: a third of your role remote if preferred.
Working in inpatient mental health is a great use of all skills we have as psychologists; it’s a great place to learn, develop and progress to a qualified psychologist. The role is diverse, stimulating, and thought-provoking. If you’re interested in working with people with a variety of difficulties and working with the MDT then this is the role for you. You will have a significant role collaborating with the MDT to develop trauma informed formulations that inform least restrictive care. We’re keen to recruit recovery-oriented thoughtful team players and welcome all conversations if you’re curious. You’re also very welcome to come and meet some of the team and see the wards.
