Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Trainee Customer Service Representative, you will assist the Workshop team in coordinating the servicing of customer’s vehicles, while developing your skills in customer service and stakeholder engagement. You will receive on the job training from the Service Advisor to gradually build on your skill-set.
Throughout the 12 months you will also complete a Certificate III Business – Customer Engagement, which will tie in with the work you are doing day to day.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting with scheduling service appointments
- Opening and closing repair orders
- Raising of purchase orders
- Assisting with phone enquiries
- Advising customers with status updates and variances to quote prices
- Ensuring technicians have completed their reports correctly
