Description:

ANSELL IS LOOKING FOR A PASSIONATE STUDENT BASED IN ANDERLECHT, BELGIUM TO JOIN THE DIGITAL MARKETING DEPARTMENT ON A PART-TIME BASIS FOR THE NEXT ACADEMIC YEAR.

The role is open for a start date as soon as possible. As a member of the Ansell Brussels team, the trainee will be vital in marketing operations, analytics & collaborate with central digital to govern Ansell’s MarTech ecosystem. Responsibilities:

Working in collaboration with our Digital Marketing team, and reporting to the Manager, Global Digital Marketing Operations:

  • Support in governance of data consistency and quality within the marketing automation platform and paid campaigns.
  • Ensure automated systems (including Marketo and Salesforce) are functioning and syncing together at full capacity.
  • Analyze data into meaningful results that can be used to optimize content and the user experience for the customer.
  • Ensure appropriate success metrics (KPIs) are defined and implemented, and leverage metrics to track performance of new campaigns, products, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with central digital to govern Ansell’s MarTech ecosystems.
