SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
- Highly skilled and competent in Solidworks, AutoCAD 2D, 3D.
- Able to communicate visual and construction details with both workshops and clients.
- Previous experience in bespoke luxury joinery and high-end furniture is essential.

- Excellent computer and administration skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Draughtsperson to join our team on varied bespoke furniture projects, predominantly interior and exterior superyacht furniture, super-prime residential cabinetry and fitted joinery for some of the world’s most discerning clients.
Working closely with our projects team, you will be producing detailed technical manufacturing drawings in Solidworks, from initial concept drawings and designs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2yrs experience as a Cabinet Maker, or a working knowledge of traditional and modern construction processes, with relevant experience in bespoke luxury cabinetry and high-end joinery drawings in Solidworks for manufacture.
This is a highly rewarding role to be part of a unique artisan team delivering the very best in bespoke British luxury furniture.
MAIN DUTIES
- Design and development of initial customer drawings for client approvals, through to full manufacturing detailed drawings for CNC and workshop departments.
- Liaise with key suppliers as part of sourcing and coordinating products, components, and materials as part of the order fulfilment.
- Liaising with key departments of any updates and changes where necessary, whilst monitoring projects with the workshop teams regularly.
- Maintain daily organisation of files and documents, both digital and hard copy.
- Hands-on approach to all aspects of the role.
- Implementation of good housekeeping.
- Some site survey and internal project management with the workshops and procurement teams may be required.
