Description:
AS A TRAINEE HAD, ON THE WAY TO BEING A FULLY QUALIFIED, YOU WILL RECEIVE:
- A basic starting salary of £23,500 (plus London weighting allowance in and around the M25)
- Increasing on HCPC registration to £37,000+ basic with Commission and Bonus (OTE £60k+)
- Fully funded training (including accommodation for residential elements of the course & meal allowance)

QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 4 x GCSEs-grades A-C/ 9-4 or equivalent which must include Maths, English and Science. Please note that if English is not your first language you will need an IELTS Level 7 in speaking, writing and reading (with no level below 6.5).
You will have excellent communication skills, a warm, friendly personality with the ability to empathise with patients who have a hearing loss.
- Commerciality and be able to evidence working to targets An essential requirement for your ultimate success as a Hearing Aid Dispenser is providing best in class service and being able to work to targets.
- IT Skills - confident with IT and good working knowledge of MS office.
- UK driving license – You must have access to a car.
- You must also be able to commit to a 60-week training course, a proportion of this will involve being residential (Monday PM to Thursday PM) for two blocks of 10-11 weeks at Hidden Hearing’s training facilities in Buxton, Derbyshire.
- You must reside in the location of the role you are applying for or commit to relocation by the start date.

- Conduct hearing assessments in accordance with regulatory guidelines and best practice.
- Give our best advice on and sell suitable remedial hearing solutions.
- Support patients through the fitting and follow-up process to ensure the best results possible.
