REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Excellent academics
- Fluent Italian and English communication skills are mandatory (English proficiency equal to a C1 is a must)
- Strong interest in global mobility and tax

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are looking for a very organised and flexible Trainee or Intern to join our Global Mobility team within the Private Client and Tax Department, in Milan.
The selected candidate will support the team in:
- Performing legal research on immigration and citizenship law and tax law
- Assisting clients during meetings with immigration offices (Consular offices, questura, Comune, etc.)
- Producing accurate, high-quality work quickly and efficiently, using the firm’s software packages and document management systems
- Upon request, preparing first drafts of terms of engagement letters; using electronic file opening, ensuring anti-money laundering requirements are adhered to and requesting necessary Know Your Client documentation
- Providing effective and proactive communication with clients, legal staff and other support staff, organising meetings, answering the phone, taking messages, managing e-mail, etc.
