DESCRIPTION:

This is a really exciting opportunity within a forward thinking b2b telecommunications company based in Hereford city centre. Trusted by over 1000 businesses, Redline Telecom specialise in telephone & hosted VOIP systems, fixed lines, broadband and mobiles The successful candidate will work as a part of our engineering team reporting directly to our Engineering Manager.
If you have a background in IT and a genuine interest in technology but don’t want to be desk bound this is a great opportunity to join our young dynamic team. This role has lots of variation with a mix of on site and remote work and the technology is constantly evolving so there is always something new to learn. Comprehensive ongoing training will be provided as well as everything else that you will need to do the job.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• UK Driving Licence
• Excellent IT skills & an interest in technology
• Organised & self-motivated
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Maths GCSE grade C or above
• English Language GCSE grade C or above
