ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

  • Learn to establish Scope of Work (SoW) for concept, FEED and detail engineering for the piping/layout discipline and try to perform in projects.
  • Mature and optimize new plants by finding good technical solutions to demanding challenges, as a piping design engineer.
  • Learn the process for layout / 3D modelling of process plants, and 2D drawing generation, and apply it on different projects.
  • Corporate with piping lead to take Ownership of knowledgebase and interface management for key Quantafuel Plastic-to-Liquid Technology.
  • Follow up, advise and provide input to other engineering disciplines.
  • Participate in meetings and reviews (systems, HAZID/HAZOP, HSE, layout, etc.)
  • Prepare, review and maintain documentation for project, operation and maintenance with focus on compliance to established internal and external standards, regulations and general quality assurance.
  • Participate in site work, especially to follow up and support projects during installation and Commissioning

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge about 3D modeling and 2D Drawing.
  • Piping design experience is beneficial.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and written.
  • Good level of written and spoken Norwegian/Scandinavian language is advantageous.
  • Flexible and dynamic, taking responsibility for work scope

  • Good communication and cooperation skills
