Our well established client is looking for a Trainee Legal Secretary to join their in their very busy Blandford Forum office
The Role
They are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is keen to learn and develop within a busy and dynamic environment.
You will be part of a friendly and supportive team, who will provide you with training and guidance.
You must have clear knowledge and experience using Microsoft packages
Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of a Trainee Legal Secretary include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to solicitors and other legal staff.
  • Answering and making telephone calls, taking messages and handling client enquiries.
  • Typing and formatting legal documents, letters, emails and other correspondence.
  • Maintaining confidential client files and records.
  • Organising client meetings and diary management.
  • Assisting with research and providing general administrative support.

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Trainee Legal Secretary are:

  • Previous experience working in a legal or secretarial role is desirable but not essential.
  • Good organisational, communication and IT skills.
