  As a Trainee, you’ll be working across Surface Water and Ground Water Operations sites, catchment areas and treatment facilities in the Perth Metropolitan area.
  You will work alongside supportive team members, experienced Treatment Operators and Managers, people who have been with the company for years, so you will learn from some of the best in the industry.
  You’ll operate, monitor and maintain chemical and water treatment processes. You’ll inspect and maintain dam structures, outlet works, bore fields, conveyance systems, and conduct catchment surveillance to ensure compliance with relevant business management processes and systems
  You’ll enjoy a friendly work / life balance (work 9 days a fortnight), there are no FIFO shifts so you get home each night.
  A traineeship offers you the opportunity to get paid while attaining a Certificate II in Water Industry Operations.
  After successful completion of your traineeship, there are opportunities for development and full-time employment as an Operator
