  • Have outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple things at once

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

You will be working collaboratively with our Actuarial Team within globally recognised insurance businesses. You will be supporting them to achieve their growth plans within hiring projects by understanding their key challenges and supplying the solution with the best talent. This is an opportunity to build a business within a business and tap into your entrepreneurial flare.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Candidate acquisition.
  • Business development.
  • Client/candidate face to face meetings and networking.
  • Advertising, database searching, using job boards, LinkedIn and direct headhunting.
  • Booking and preparing candidates in for interviews.
  • Passing feedback between candidates and clients.
  • Negotiating, making offers and closing/signing up applicants/clients.
  • Preparing CVs for presentation to clients.
  • Delivering within time frames agreed upon with clients.
  • Hitting your targets and making commission
