TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - OTE £35,000

Based in Chester & founded in 2018, Axis Talent offer a fantastic working environment with brand new offices in the City Centre.
In this role, you’ll be working alongside our UK & US teams with our existing clients finding the best quality candidates within Aerospace, SpaceTech & Defence. You’ll also be tasked with finding new clients and developing new relationships.

What you’ll be doing, as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Firstly, you’ll undertake our in house training to prepare you for the role
- You’ll be working on some of the most desirable and attractive tech roles within the Space & Defence domain
- You will source and approach potential candidates, utilizing multi-platform resources to find the highest quality talent
- Working with our clients across the US & UK, as well as approaching new clients of your own and developing strong relationships
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
