We are looking for an individual that wants to grow long-term with a business and has the hunger and passion to further their career in a highly challenging but highly rewarding sector. As such personality is far more important than experience.
Ideally, you will have at least twelve months experience in a customer service or business development role and can demonstrate a track record of success during that period.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

You will work very closely with the team to help shape ongoing strategy and support with every element of the recruitment process. This will include:
· Candidate attraction through various marketing and advertising methods.
· Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping and using various databases and social media.
· Market Intelligence – generating leads and referrals from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with industry news.
· Supporting the team to manage and develop key clients accounts.
· Manage day to day staff bookings.
· New business development
· Support with the marketing and brand awareness of the division.
