REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrable self-starter attitude underpinned by a successful track record in new business onboarding.
• An unmatched commercial acumen and a fervent hunger for success.
• Desirable: excellent academic background or phone-based sales experience

• Deliver comprehensive recruitment services to clientele across the established UK market.
• Kick-start proactive sales, business development and prospecting.
• Responsibly onboard and nurture new accounts.
• Lead candidate sourcing, introducing candidates to job opportunities and coordinating interviews.
• Facilitate communication between clients and candidates, promoting the latter to the company.
• Manage feedback process post-interview.
• Supervise the full recruitment life cycle.
• Foster client relationships through consistent liaisons and account management.
• Engage directly with clients through face-to-face meetings.
• Represent the company at trade shows for business development and industry insight.
