T9-Specialist, a growing Manchester-based marketing and sales firm, is looking for ambitious individuals to join our team as Trainee Sales Executives. We specialise in organising events and promotional campaigns for clients across various sectors, with a current focus on non-profit organisations. This is the perfect role if you’re seeking to build experience in sales, marketing, and client relationship management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be based in the UK or have full and unrestricted rights to work
• We cannot offer sponsorship or consider Tier 4/PSW visa holders
• Previous applicants within the last 30 days are ineligible
• 1 year of customer-facing experience preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn

• Engage with potential customers at events and promotional setups
• Present and promote client services to increase awareness and donations
• Assist with event coordination and logistics
• Learn and apply sales strategies to achieve daily and weekly targets
• Develop strong relationships with customers and team members
• Attend regular training sessions to develop your sales and marketing skills
