TRAINEE SALES EXECUTIVE:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Trainee Sales Executive to join our organisation and assist us in our continued growth and success at Saica Pack Dublin. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion for customer care and distinctly have a natural ability to sell.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideal role for an ambitious individual who wants the chance to succeed in the demanding world of Business to Business Sales.
• Sales environment track record – Face to face sales / Telesales / Retail sales / Customer Service or equivalent – min 2 years experience.
• Hunger & drive to succeed, with the ability to self motivate & work through set-backs.
• Positive attitude & behaviour.
• Great communication skills including presentation skills.
• IT skills & experience – e-mail, excel, powerpoint etc.
• Numeracy and negotiation skills
• Full driving license.
• University degree useful but not required.

• Selling for Industry leading European Packaging Company.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders and maintain excellent relationships.
• Up sell and cross sell our product portfolio to assigned accounts.
• Deal with any queries or complaints that may arise in a professional and efficient manner, making sure to notify the relevant manager of any problems that have occurred.
• Ensure that all KPIs for prospecting, proposals and closes are met.
• Maintain contact with all new clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Work with our Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure our clients receive excellent service and are encouraged to order from us again.
• Expectation to be generating new business within 6 months.
• Potential to develop a Sales career within Group.
