WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Welcome and assist staff, visitors, and patients while ensuring compliance with hospital security protocols.
• Serve as the initial responder to security incidents, alarm activations, and any reported issues or faults.
• Manage communications by logging and transferring calls, conveying messages, and providing directions and security guidance to visitors, staff, and contractors.
• Conduct regular patrols throughout the hospital premises to ensure a safe and secure environment during the shift.
