As a Trainee Support Analyst based in Ripon, you’ll be responsible for:
- Answering first line calls via phone, chat and the self-service portal to support Wolseley employees with any IT and technical issues they have
- Resolving staff technical issues
- Liaising with the team for support in more complex IT cases

- To have some basic IT knowledge and experience
- Experience in a customer service role. We provide exceptional service to Wolseley employees
- To be adaptable. This role is very fast paced.
- Flexibility. You may be required to work shifts. Shifts vary from 7:00am – 5:30pm.
