Trainee Water Sports Centre Assistant

OULTON BROAD WATER SPORTS CENTRE seeks a keen, enthusiastic local person to join us on a 3 year Training and Employment programme to become an Assistant to our Centre Manager.
Our aim is that the successful candidate will be trained from beginner to RYA Senior level in a range of water sports, leading to eventual seasonal employment.
Applicants must also be available to help us on a paid adhoc basis during the day and at weekends during our peak season.
An Allowance will be paid during the training phases of the project and a wage thereafter.
Whilst not essential, previous water sports experience and qualifications would be preferable.
Applicants must reside in the Lowestoft area.
Training will during March 2025.
