You have a good command of English, both written and spoken, and you are skilled at forming strong connections within the company and externally.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, Maritime, or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
• A strong affinity with water and enthusiasm for the offshore wind sector

• Selecting vessels and designing deck layouts, lift plans, and sea fastenings for offshore wind installations.
• Developing and optimizing foundation and turbine installation procedures.
• Contributing to innovative solutions using state-of-the-art equipment and our modern fleet
