Trainer and Talent Manager

Tradeway Promotions, is looking for a hardworking, dynamic, experienced (minimum three years) talent manager and trainer to join our team and get involved in the recruitment and training of our brand ambassadors in Gauteng
Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven work experience as a training manager in the FMCG industry would be advantageous
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, role-play etc)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team as well as demonstrating own initiative
Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining flexible during any period of change based on the needs of the business
Computer literate
Degree or diploma is advantageous
