REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant Higher Education Degree
  • Biologist, bioengineer, chemical engineer, food engineer, veterinarian, biology/chemistry/physics teacher, etc.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in training, education, and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
  • Good organizational skills
  • Supportive, helpful attitude
  • Assertive communication skills
  • Computer literacy (daily use of MS Office)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing technology
  • Teaching/training/leadership experience
  • Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, maintaining, developing, and continuously expanding training materials with new technologies
  • Establishing the training system for new employees, welcoming new hires, organizing, conducting, and documenting their training
  • Developing, implementing, and documenting theoretical and practical training systems
  • Conducting, tracking, and documenting retraining sessions
  • Supporting leaders in evaluating qualification levels
  • Building and assessing the current state of a skill matrix
  • Creating and applying a feedback system
  • Managing, organizing, and documenting standard training related to value streams
  • Developing and following a development system
