Trainer / Instructor for Air Traffic Controller Training (w/m/d)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• You hold or held a valid air traffic controller license with rating ADC

and more (e.g. APS)

• You hold or held a valid trainer qualification for on-the-job training

(OJTI) or may train on synthetic training devices (STDI)

• An existing license according to Regulation EU 2025/340 would be

desirable

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience as an air traffic

controller and your independent work as an ATCO was not longer

than 5 years ago

• You have at least 5 years of experience as an OJTI and experience in

classroom teaching

• You hold at least an ICAO Level 5 English Language Proficiency rat-

ing

• You are familiar with course design principles and its application as

well as in the use of current MS Office products

• You are willing to work in different working time models
• German language skills would be desirable.

• As a trainer / instructor, you will primarily be responsible for the provi-
  sion of Air Traffic Control training utilizing synthetic training devices

and classroom-based teaching techniques.

• You are independently responsible for the planning, preparation and

implementation of the training lessons in accordance with company

directives.

• Design, amend or improve theoretical and practical course material in

accordance with international standards and best practices

• You are part of a team of trainers / instructors and pseudo pilots and

reporting to the Head of Training & Proficiency of DFS Aviation Ser-
vices.
