Description:

Position Summary:
Responsible for the development and implementation of the new hire training program for all Joint Venture Channel Sales Professionals. Training sessions include but are not limited to: company policies (loanDepot and JV Business Channel), product guidelines, department policies & procedures and POS systems training. Assists Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Teams with the on-boarding of all new and internal transfer Sales Professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the planning and development process as it relates to the on-boarding and training of new sales professionals and the on-going training of existing sales professionals (client-facing systems, websites, webinars, in-class sessions, automation).
  • Develops and provides content for use in the development of instructor-led training (ILT) and web-based training (WBT) curriculum.
  • Reviews and updates training curriculum including reference tools, practice exercises and skill assessments utilizing a variety of formats.
  • Identifies and pursues the development or integration of new tools, features, and enhancements that support the overall training strategy of the company.
  • Collaborates with loanDepot and Joint Venture Channel sales leadership, loanDepot production and department leadership to define and identify training requirements (features and functionality).
  • Develops and manages training timelines; reports results and provides feedback to loanDepot and Joint Venture Channel sales leadership.
  • Develops a process to monitor the participation in and success rate of all sales professionals and testing procedures to ensure smooth and timely introduction of training related product version releases.

Requirements:

  • High School Degree or equivalent preferred and a minimum of three (3) + years of recent training experience.
  • Experience in and proven ability to develop training strategies and implementation plans required.
  • Successful project management experience required.
  • Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this roles is between $62,000 to $92,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
