ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is a permanent full-time position.
As a trainer mining, you will be responsible to provide theoretical and practical training and assessments, as well as follow up training and coaching in the Mining field to meet organizational objectives.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Plan and facilitate classroom training;;
• Conduct relevant assessments and declare competency;
• Conduct moderation of assessments;
• Review and develop/update relevant learning materials;
• Conduct planned task observations and training verifications.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE ARE:

• Grade 12;
• ODETP level 4;
• Blasting certificate;
• Registered Assessor;
• Driver’s License
