EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-4 years experience desired

Responsibilities:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Create and maintain internal payroll process documentation and Village training materials.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assists with maintaining and developing the timekeeping and payroll application training material and user guides for end-users, approvers and Payroll team.
  • Analyze and ensure quality of documentation.
  • Develop and coordinate training to meet the needs of the department and Village as it relates to Payroll.
  • Understand and stay current with the department and Village processes and procedures.
  • Assist with department meetings and maintain meeting minutes.
  • Responsible for content and publishing Payroll newsletter.
  • Responsible for thought provoking and inspirational weekly messages or systems tips to the department.
  • Other duties as assigned.
