Job Description
ACCIONA Construction Australia has partnered with Georgiou Group to deliver the first stage of the Gold Coast’s largest road infrastructure project. The project will involve construction of six new bridge structures in an environment with unique geotechnical conditions and challenging interfacing on a gazetted green-field site.
You will have the opportunity to take on a varied and exciting role delivering the first stage of an important region-shaping project.
About the Opportunity
As the Training Administrator on this major project, you will play a vital role in coordinating training and upskilling, managing competency standards, and ensuring our workforce meets Queensland Government policy requirements for infrastructure projects and company procedures.
Your efforts will drive compliant and efficient project delivery, making a real impact.

What will you be accountable for?

  • Record and report for training and competency management in accordance with legal and contractual requirements.
  • Undertake the end-to-end process for scheduling, booking, and coordinating training for project personnel.
  • Processing training-related invoices.
  • Monitor personnel training and competency compliance in line with the Project’s Skills Matrix.
  • Support the monitoring of subcontractors’ compliance and reporting to align with their contractual training commitments.
  • Build and develop relationships with key project stakeholders.
  • Assist with scheduled training and compliance audits.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong administration skills with high attention to detail.
  • Preferably experienced in Training Administration or Competency-related roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Construction background is a plus but not mandatory.
