As a Training Administrator you will support daily operation of the sites Learning Management System in compliance with campus procedures, ensuring correct record retention of training records. This is a site based role.

Essential Responsibilities :
- Support Site Learning & Development department in day to day training administration activities
- LMS (Learning management systems) Create user logins as needed and assign user permissions. Create and manage user structures including the creation of Curriculums, User groups , populate course information and assign learners; manage tracking of course revisions and history. Build online assessments and evaluations in LMS for courses. Provide troubleshooting assistance for users regarding logging in to the LMS and accessing courses, and maintain content within the LMS by creating and uploading modules and courses, granting access and role-based user permissions, updating course content, and running reports. Provide LMS training for the organization based on role and system access.
- Support Manufacturing Business Unit through the provision of training reports and troubleshooting.
- Maintain procedures and policies to ensure the security and integrity of systems, and present training records/ modules/ plans, training status, training related documents to regulatory inspectors.
- Support Site induction training and coordination.
Qualifications/Requirements :
- Strong Administrative skills
- Proficient in MS office and excel
- GMP compliance, excellent documentation practice and experience presenting to auditors.
- PC skills, strong efficient organization of paperwork and good presentation skills.
- Experience with Learning Management systems e.g. Compliance Wire an advantage
- Train the Trainer – Training Qualification an advantage
