Join Uniworld Boutique River Cruises, part of The Travel Corporation, as a Training Administrator and play a key role in shaping the success of our Contact Center agents while driving world-class service.
Position Summary
The Training Administrator is responsible for facilitating training for both new hires and existing call center agents. This role involves creating and maintaining global training resources to ensure a consistent knowledge base and high service standards. The position also involves developing e-training modules, presentation slides, and delivering presentations.

This is a remote role associated with our Uniworld Los Angeles office; however, the candidate must be flexible and able to work across various global time zones as required.
