ABOUT OUR ROLE

Northern Star has a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Training Advisor to support and assist the Mining Team in the development, review, and delivery of a range of training programs across all departments including processing and maintenance.
Additionally, this role is ensuring all Northern Star employees training is delivered in line with Northern Star’s Induction, Training & Assessing and Competency Training Performance Standards at our world-class Jundee operations.
This is a permanent full-time role offered on 8 days on 6 days off roster flying in and out of Perth.

TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED:

• Experience: Previous experience working in a similar role, working in mining environment, with strong skills in leadership mentoring and coaching
• Qualification: Certificate IV Training & Assessment – TAE40116 or higher, Current Australian C - Class Drivers Licence and First Aid Certificate
• Passion for growth: Genuine passion for the Australian gold mining industry with well-developed organisational and communication skills
