Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical expertise in one or more information technology disciplines to support the organization’s technical infrastructure.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deals with ambiguous data and create a program planPlans, conducts and executes associate education campaigns via detailed project management.
Communicates with all levels of the organization in a clear, concise and professional manner via written and verbal methods.
Able to effectively meet with senior leadership to convey important points and program planning.
Monitors, reviews and responds to associate-reported suspicious emails and questions
Performs system admin within Learning Management System application
Contributes guidance and editing to STA communications
Work with STA vendor and multiple internal teams for troubleshooting and program growth
Ascension Organization knowledge is highly valuable
Respond to user problems by listening, clarifying and responding effectively.
Troubleshoots most application problems independently
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills
Strong documentation skills
Knowledge sharing and team collaboration
