Position: Training and Delivery Manager
Location: The convenience of working from home with attending office on occasion
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Contract: 9-month FTC

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the end-to-end training process, from conducting training needs analysis to the development of training material, and preparing training programmes to build confidence for all users of new systems.
  • Creating, editing and administering training guides, FAQs and user manuals.
  • Delivering training, including arranging sessions, inviting delegates, monitoring attendance, distributing training material and gathering feedback.
  • Providing written and face to face training support (including virtual via Microsoft Teams) to all end users, supporting Team Managers with daily system management to improve and develop user engagement.
  • Gathering feedback from delegates, modifying, and revising training methods/materials and Training Needs Analysis on an ongoing basis. Carrying out post-project reviews of the training, contributing to any lessons learnt activities and supporting corporate projects and initiatives.
  • Attending relevant workshops run by the Business Process Analyst, consultants and other leads, Project Team meetings and project reviews to ensure you have a good understanding of processes and the technical applications.
  • Able to learn new IT systems, business processes and understand the use of technology to drive improvements and support new ways of working.Experience within the property management sector (private or public) is desirable not essential.
