The Training and Development Administrator will be responsible for supporting the development, coordination, and administration of training and development programs within the organisation. This role ensures smooth and effective functioning of Training and Development initiatives, enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees in alignment with company objectives.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within L&D or HR.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet & Power BI also a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

EDUCATION / LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Business Administration, HR or L&D, or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage training logistics including venue booking, equipment setup, and material preparation.
  • Liaise with external training providers and vendors to arrange training programs.
  • Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot LMS related issues.
  • Maintain and update the LMS with course information, user accounts, and training records.
  • Day to day LMS duties including interaction with the platform as needed when queries arise from employees and site leads/admins.
  • Act as the first point of contact for L&D related inquiries from employees and managers.
  • Monitoring LMS inbox for employee messages & requests.
  • Supporting the Global Training Manager & HR staff with the (PDP) Professional Development Plan program which is currently being defined & implemented within the business.
  • Generate and maintain accurate training records and compile reports on training activities, participation, and effectiveness.
  • Analyse training data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and updating of training materials and resources.
  • Integrating training files and material into the LMS platform.
  • Further development of platform by testing new functionality in the sandbox before integration into the live system.
  • Contributing to the development of workflows, BKMs & procedures for the various functions of the LMS.
