We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. A strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within the engineering sector is essential.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the engineering sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and training software.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs that align with the company’s strategic goals and compliance requirements.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Ensure all training programs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop role-specific training initiatives.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness and employee progress.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, compliance standards, and best practices in training and development.
- Manage training budgets and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with external training providers and ensure their programs meet company standards.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
