Description:

The successful candidate will design, develop and implement learning and knowledge management artefacts including online content and eLearning resources utilising modern learning and knowledge management systems, applications, and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver complex ITSM training to a diverse range of learners, utilising a variety of delivery methods, underpinned by adult learning principles, and providing ongoing support to ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
  • Analyse, design, develop, assess, evaluate, and deliver existing learning & knowledge management deliverables to ensure effective knowledge transfer and business improvement outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships to support successful outcomes by engaging with stakeholders and providing feedback on learners’ development needs and performance.
  • Contribute to the continual quality improvement activities of ICT support Services processes to ensure efficient and accurate results.
  • Prioritisation of project related work and regular tasks to support the team’s learning, knowledge management and communications commitments.
  • Maintain extensive working knowledge of Queensland Health’s ICT systems and processes to enable effective transfer of knowledge by providing support regarding processes, tools and business procedures.

You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under ‘Key Responsibilities’, the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrated experience with designing, developing, and delivering innovative and engaging blended learning solutions incorporating best practice training methodologies.
  • High level communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills including consultation and negotiation with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment, whilst being receptive to feedback to ensure that the learning & knowledge management materials developed are fit for purpose and in line with eHealth’s operational and strategic vision.
  • Experience in or the ability to acquire the application of ITSM support processes at an operational level to analyse, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning & knowledge management initiatives and communication of the change.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • A proven track record working with minimal supervision including the ability to plan and meet priorities, accountabilities, key performance indicators and deadlines.
